DashDAQ Performance Testing


Drag Strip Testing. Want to improve your drag strip performance? Use DashDAQ’s signal tree to launch your run. See your reaction time, speed, and run time. Record the run, and do it again. Track your improvements. Compare to your friends. Now you have quick, easy proof that you’re the best.


Acceleration test. How fast is fast? Use DashDAQ to quickly record your vehicle’s 0-60 acceleration time. Has your investment in performance parts made a difference? Now you’ll know.

DashDAQ GPS Navigation


GPS Navigation can be purchased with DashDAQ, or separately as an add-on module after the purchase. Drew Technologies worked with Elektrobit to bring a modern GPS application to DashDAQ's Linux architecture. The GPS package includes turn-by-turn navigation, voice guidance, 2D/3D views, the latest US and international Maps and more.






Turn-by-Turn directions. Simply enter your destination or pick from your favorites and DashDAQ will calculate the best way there. You can plan stops along the way, change your route to avoid traffic, watch trip statistics, and view your estimated time and distance to arrival.



Voice Guidance. DashDAQ's stereo audio allows it's GPS Navigation feature to give you voice guided directions. The voice is broadcast over DashDAQ's 2 watt speaker. DashDAQ also has an audio line-out that can be used to connect the voice-over to an FM transmitter or directly to your car stereo.



Points of Interest. DashDAQ comes pre-loaded with millions of points of interest. It can easily tell you about points of interest that are nearby, within your route, or at your destination.




Updated Maps. Even the best navigator is only as good as the maps. That's why DashDAQ uses the most updated maps from NavTEQ and other international map sources to deliver the most recent information. DashDAQ includes Maps for USA and Canada only.



DashDAQ Entertainment


Listen to MP3s. DashDAQ has 16-bit stereo built-in. You can listen to music DashDAQ's 2 Watt internal speaker, or connect your own speakers to DashDAQ's stereo line-out.

Watch Digital Video. DashDAQ's power processor is capable of playing full color video with stereo audio on-screen. DashDAQ does not have a video input or output, but it can play digital files loaded to the MMC card.

Play Games. DashDAQ is a powerful Linux computer. Because of the open nature of Linux, games and other entertainment applications could be supported directly on DashDAQ.




DashDAQ's 4" touch-screen offers 480x272 resolution and 24-bit color, and color rich graphics that have lead the industry. DashDAQ has six built-in themes that offer different colors and styling for the gauges. Those themes are: Classic, Sport, Neon, Tuner, Night, and Metal. In addition to the six built-in themes, you can download additional themes posted here or create your own using the DashDAQ Skin editor.
